We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that return requests are subject to a 50AED restocking and return fee for sunglasses, and 25AED for ornaments.

This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing returns and restocking inventory.
